After many years of working in the legal sector, Sam set-up her own small business in the legal and administration sector. As her business scaled she found it increasingly difficult to juggle answering the phone and driving the business forward. She wanted to focus her time on doing what she loved, but being available to answer the phone and talk to clients was also very important.
Sam began to look for a business that offered support with call answering and customer service but, as we're sure many small business owners would agree, she found it difficult to outsource such an important part of the business. Sam needed a partner she could trust and who would care about her business as much as she did.
After searching high and low without any luck, as a business owner, Sam was struggling to find the right option for her and her business. She realised that other businesses must be having the same challenges. There were no businesses that offered the level of service Sam needed, or that she felt she could trust.
So, Sam decided to create the business herself and this is how The Call Answering Company was born.
As the business has grown, so too have the services that we offer. From live chat support to virtual phone numbers, call answering to data management. We listen to our clients and provide the services that will make their lives easier, becoming an extension of their business.
Our family remains at the heart of our company with Emilie as our Operations Director, Sam as Managing Director and Andy as the Director looking after our finances and other support services. As business owners ourselves, we understand and value your business as much as you.
