During office hours our team assess calls to determine whether the caller needs to be transferred to a member of our client’s team. In addition to this, after hours we also manage emergency calls relating to fire, intruder and other alerts, including security equipment faults. Our team immediately relay details of the emergency call to the appropriate on-call security office who is then able to take the necessary action.
